About myself

Hi! My name is Linus Höller. I travel, write, photograph, play the piano, chase storms, and do a bunch of other stuff.

Born in Austria and raised in Berlin, Germany, I moved to Chicago in the fall of 2019 to study journalism, political science and international studies at Northwestern University. Since then, I’ve moved on to California for graduate school at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, where I’m finishing up my master’s in nonproliferation and terrorism studies.

This blog has a heavy focus on my travels but will also feature a more personal angle on some of my journalistic experiences and other adventures. I hope you’ll enjoy having a look around!

Some other things that I am passionate about can be found here.
